About The Position
Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, connected-device, entertainment, and internet solutions. The consultant builds tailored product and service packages, works toward monthly sales objectives, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Products include wireless service, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet. The role offers base pay, commissions, and a monthly bonus opportunity. The company reports that full-time Retail Sales Consultants who meet or exceed sales goals earn an average of $34,140 in total compensation in their first year, while top sellers earn more than $50,000 per year. Training is provided, and the company primarily promotes from within.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
- Outgoing personality, clear communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Technical aptitude and ability to stand for long periods.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Availability most weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to achieve sales benchmark goals.

Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions to meet customers’ needs and achieve or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Provide extraordinary, compassionate customer service and offer thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
- Sell AT&T wireless, entertainment, internet, and related products and services.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
- Assist company leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to support sales and customer service.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
- Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
