About The Position

Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to help customers choose wireless devices and plans. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on conversations, problem-solving, and closing sales rather than simply monitoring a register. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with paid three-week training and no wireless experience required. Associates engage walk-in customers, explain devices and plans, meet monthly sales goals, stay informed about AT&T products and promotions, and provide honest, customer-focused service. They may represent the brand at community events, contribute to a positive store culture, and work at nearby locations as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to learn technology such as iPads, POS systems, and carrier apps.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
