About The Position

Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a full-time Sales Advocate to help customers choose wireless devices and plans. The role involves customer conversations, problem-solving, and closing sales, with base pay and uncapped commission. Paid three-week training is provided, and wireless experience is not required. The position may require working at nearby locations as needed and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stay on your feet for most of a shift and occasionally move items weighing up to 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and customer connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Contribute positive energy and help shape a welcoming store culture.
• Handle customer service and sales needs honestly and carefully.
