About The Position

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience. The associate works directly with customers, educates them about Verizon products and services, and guides them through selection and purchasing. The role involves sales and customer service in a retail environment, including outbound activities to drive customers into stores and building repeat business through exceptional service. Compensation is advertised as up to $26.00 per hour or more, including base hourly pay, commissions, and incentives, with an uncapped commission structure. The position is based in Cochran, Georgia, and requires the ability to travel to locations within the assigned district as business needs dictate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a retail environment; wireless retail experience is preferred.
Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
Ability to travel to locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of U.S. work eligibility.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.

Responsibilities

Create an ideal customer experience for each customer.
Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
Educate customers about Verizon products and services.
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Handle customer situations as trained to satisfy customers’ needs.
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned individual and team tasks.
Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Develop professional skills and take on additional responsibilities toward career advancement.
