About The Position

Alliance Mobile is seeking a Store Manager for its AT&T-authorized retail store in Brimfield, Ohio. The manager leads the store’s sales team, drives sales targets and profitability, develops employees, and helps deliver strong customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven wireless and entertainment retail environment. The role includes managing store operations, scheduling, and compliance; supporting customer transactions; recruiting and onboarding employees; and maintaining company standards. The position requires working 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed. Responsibilities may be added or removed at any time.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience leading teams.
A proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort using computers, wireless devices, and other technology.

Responsibilities

Drive store profits and achieve sales targets.
Coach and develop the team to improve performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching.
Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
Uphold Alliance Mobile’s standards and expect the same from the team.
Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
