Wireless Retail Sales Manager | Alliance Mobile - AT&T Authorized Retailer
About The Position
Alliance Mobile, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer with more than 300 locations across 21 states, is hiring a Store Manager for its Deltona, Florida retail store. The Store Manager leads the sales team, supports a strong customer experience, and drives store profitability in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment focused on wireless and entertainment products. The role includes coaching and developing employees, managing store operations, and building community connections. The position requires 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds. Listed duties are not exhaustive and may change.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales management experience leading teams.
- Proven success meeting sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort using computers, wireless devices, and other technology.
Responsibilities
- Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance and customer service.
- Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
- Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
- Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching.
- Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new employees.
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and hold the team accountable to them.
- Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
- Work 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
