About The Position

Alliance Mobile, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Store Manager for its Christiansburg, Virginia location. The Store Manager leads the store’s sales team, drives sales and profitability, and delivers strong customer experiences in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The role includes coaching and developing employees, recruiting and hiring, managing store operations and schedules, supporting transactions, and maintaining company standards and compliance. The position requires 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Duties may be added or removed as business needs change. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience leading teams.
A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort using technology, including computers and wireless devices.

Responsibilities

Drive store profits and achieve sales targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
Lead by example through role-playing and hands-on coaching.
Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
Maintain Alliance Mobile standards and hold the team accountable to those standards.
Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
