About The Position

Alliance Mobile is hiring a Store Manager for its AT&T-authorized retail store in Hillsdale, Michigan. The Store Manager leads and develops a sales team to meet sales goals, improve store profitability, and provide strong customer experiences. The role involves coaching, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, overseeing store operations and compliance, supporting customer transactions, and partnering with trainers to onboard new hires. The position requires working 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed. Compensation is listed as $40,000–$75,000 in salary, commission, and bonuses. Requirements
