About The Position

Alliance Mobile, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer with more than 300 locations across 21 states, is hiring a Store Manager for its Robinson Mall, Pennsylvania location. The Store Manager leads a sales team in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment, helping the team meet sales goals, provide excellent customer experiences, and drive store profitability. The manager coaches and develops employees, oversees store operations, and represents Alliance Mobile’s wireless and entertainment products and services. The role requires 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities may change, and duties may be added or removed as needed. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams.
A proven record of achieving sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort using computers, wireless devices, and related technology.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
Lead by example through role-play exercises and hands-on coaching.
Support customer transactions and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
Maintain Alliance Mobile’s standards and ensure the team does the same.
Communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community.
