About The Position

Alliance Mobile, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Store Manager for its Port Orange, Florida location. The Store Manager leads a sales team, supports customers, and oversees store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability. The role includes coaching and developing employees, recruiting and hiring, managing schedules and compliance, supporting transactions, and working with trainers to onboard new hires. The manager is expected to uphold company standards, communicate with the Alliance Mobile community, and lead by example in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Duties may be added or removed at any time. The position requires working 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed. Compensation starts at $40,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses averaging an additional $1,800 per month.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience leading teams.
A proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort using technology, including computers and wireless devices.

Responsibilities

Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver strong performance and customer service.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching.
Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and expect the same from the team.
Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
