About The Position

Alliance Mobile, an AT&T National Authorized Retailer with more than 300 locations across 21 states, is hiring a Store Manager for its Langhorne, Pennsylvania location. The Store Manager leads a sales team to achieve sales targets, increase store profitability, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless and entertainment retail environment.

The role includes coaching and developing employees, recruiting and hiring, managing store operations and schedules, ensuring compliance, and supporting customer transactions. The manager works 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may need to lift up to 25 pounds. Duties may be added or removed at any time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales management experience leading teams.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort using computers, wireless devices, and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Increase store profits and achieve sales targets.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver strong performance.
• Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
• Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching.
• Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
• Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
• Uphold Alliance Mobile’s standards and ensure the team does the same.
• Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
