About The Position

Alliance Mobile is hiring a Store Manager for its AT&T-authorized retail store in Parkville, Maryland. The manager leads a sales team in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, helping the store meet sales goals, improve profitability, and deliver strong customer experiences. The role includes coaching and developing employees, hiring and onboarding, managing store operations and scheduling, maintaining compliance and company standards, and supporting customer transactions. The schedule is 45–50 hours per week and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires lifting up to 25 pounds when needed. Duties may be added or removed at any time.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience, including leading teams.
A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort using technology, including computers and wireless devices.

Responsibilities

Increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
Coach and develop the team to deliver strong performance.
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making difficult personnel decisions when needed.
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching.
Support customer transactions and create memorable customer experiences.
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires.
Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and hold the team accountable to those standards.
Communicate with the Alliance Mobile community.
Work 45–50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
