Experienced Window & Door Installer - W2, Full Time
About The Position
West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer for residential remodeling work in Cleveland, Ohio. The Installer helps perform safe and effective installations in accordance with Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, complete replacement window and exterior door installations, and return to the warehouse after finishing the work and collecting paperwork and payment.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing window or door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
- Replace trim.
- Follow Company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols while completing safe and effective installations.
- Thoroughly clean the work area and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
