Wildlife Inspector / Pest Control
About The Position
Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Wildlife Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based position offers potential earnings supplemented by commissions and includes a company vehicle. The Wildlife Inspector performs inspections of homes and businesses for nuisance wildlife activity, including squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents. The inspector identifies entry points, assesses infestation or risk, determines appropriate protective steps, educates customers about long-term protection, and recommends wildlife exclusion warranties. The role represents Arrow Exterminators in the communities it serves and requires professionalism and a commitment to a positive customer experience. Requirements
- Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
- Ability to pass internal technical exams.
- Current driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
- Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for nuisance wildlife activity, including squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents.
- Identify wildlife entry points and assess infestation levels or risks.
- Determine steps needed to protect the property.
- Educate customers about long-term wildlife protection.
- Recommend wildlife exclusion warranties and additional services.
- Represent Arrow Exterminators professionally in the communities served and deliver a positive customer experience.
