About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide service to residential and commercial customers through wildlife exclusion, trapping, and removal. Exclusion work can include sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal around soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids. This work is often performed from rooftops or ladders and may require basic carpentry. Technicians identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife. They ask customers about their concerns, inspect homes to locate the source of problems, determine and explain appropriate solutions, complete the service, collect payment, and propose additional beneficial services. Technicians independently run and schedule their own services. The role requires a minimum 40-hour work week and may involve evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to pass internal technical exams.
Current driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify, remove, prevent, or repair problems and damage caused by wildlife.
Ask customers questions and inspect their homes to determine the source of wildlife issues.
Determine and explain appropriate solutions to customers.
Perform wildlife exclusion, trapping, and removal services.
