Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales
About The Position
Nader's Pest Raiders is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based role offers potential earnings through commissions from proposing and selling services. The company provides training for candidates without prior experience. The inspector conducts property inspections for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems, identifies insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest activity, and determines opportunities for additional services. The role also represents the company in the community and delivers customer service intended to maintain its reputation and create a positive customer experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- No prior experience is necessary; training is provided for the right candidate.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems.
- Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest activity.
- Determine opportunities for additional services and propose and sell services to earn commissions.
- Represent Nader's Pest Raiders in the communities served.
- Provide customer service and work to create a positive experience in each customer interaction.
