Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales
About The Position
Stark Exterminators is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based role offers potential earnings through commissions on proposed and sold services. Technicians receive a company vehicle. The Termite Inspector performs thorough inspections and evaluations of customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems. The inspector identifies insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions, and determines opportunities for additional services. The role also represents Stark Exterminators in the communities it serves, providing customer service and helping maintain the company's reputation for excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current driver's license.
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems.
- Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest problems.
- Determine opportunities for additional services and propose and sell services.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Stark Exterminators in the communities served.
