About The Position

Nader's Pest Raiders is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based role offers potential earnings supplemented by commissions from proposing and selling additional services. Technicians receive a company vehicle and a range of benefits. The Termite Inspector inspects and evaluates customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems, identifies insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions, and determines opportunities for additional services. The role also represents Nader's Pest Raiders in the communities it serves and supports the company's reputation through customer service and high-quality interactions. Nader's Pest Raiders is part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands, a family-owned and operated business founded in 1964 that serves 12 states. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Inspect and evaluate residential or commercial customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems.

Represent Nader's Pest Raiders in the communities served.
Provide customer service and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
