Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales
About The Position
Stark Exterminators is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based position offers potential earnings supplemented by commissions from proposing and selling services. The company provides training, and no prior experience is necessary for the right candidate. The Termite Inspector performs route-based inspections and evaluations of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems. The role includes identifying insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions, and identifying opportunities for additional services. The inspector represents Stark Exterminators in the communities served and is expected to deliver excellent customer service and help maintain the company's reputation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current driver's license.
- Ability to pass and maintain any licensing or certification exams required by state regulatory agencies.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- No prior experience is necessary; training is provided to the right person.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems.
- Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest problems.
- Determine opportunities for additional services.
- Propose and sell services to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Stark Exterminators in the communities served.
