About The Position

Stark Exterminators is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to provide service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This production-based role offers earning potential through commissions on proposed and sold services. The company provides a vehicle and benefits. The inspector follows a daily route, inspecting and evaluating customer properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems. The role also involves identifying insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions, and determining opportunities for additional services. Inspectors represent Stark Exterminators in the communities they serve and are expected to deliver excellent customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
No prior experience is necessary; training is provided to the right person.

Responsibilities

Inspect and evaluate residential or commercial properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pest problems.
Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest activity.
Determine opportunities for additional services and propose and sell services to customers.
Represent Stark Exterminators in the communities served and provide excellent customer service.
