About The Position

The Wholesale Counter Person joins the wholesale sales team and works with customer accounts to provide high-quality customer service for Hyundai parts, primarily collision parts, while helping grow the mechanical wholesale business. Most of the workday is spent on the phone assisting customers. The role also involves working alongside other professionals in a team-oriented environment, where collaboration and a positive attitude are important. This is not an entry-level position; proven automotive parts sales experience is required, and extensive knowledge of the Hyundai Parts Catalog is recommended.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Proven experience and track record in automotive parts sales.
Strong understanding of the parts department.
Computer skills, including keyboarding and office suite applications.
DMS skills; the dealership uses DealerTrack.
Positive, friendly attitude and a customer-service mindset.
Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
Proven organizational skills.
Solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to take on whatever tasks need to be done.
Enjoy working with people and treating others respectfully.
