Requirements

• Parts experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic computer competencies.

• Dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers with parts lookup and ordering.
• Provide accurate and timely parts support for the service department.
• Maintain organized inventory and parts records.
• Receive, stock, and track parts as needed.
• Communicate clearly about availability, delays, and special orders.
• Help ensure the parts department operates efficiently and professionally.
• Support internal teamwork and customer satisfaction through reliable service.
