About The Position

Requirements

At least 1 year of automotive parts counter experience.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance.
Friendly personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Promptly issue parts and accessories to service technicians at the service parts counter.
Track and manage incoming and outgoing dealership parts.
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Sell parts and accessories while working toward monthly sales goals.
Maintain organized files, reference materials, and parts counter documentation.
Identify, look up, and sell automotive parts to technicians, retail customers, wholesale accounts, and phone customers.
Perform inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
Help keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently.
