About The Position

Numotion is seeking a Wheelchair Technician to support the assembly, delivery, and fitting of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment. The role supports Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and works with clients to ensure mobility equipment meets their needs and functional goals, while providing strong customer service. The stated pay range is $21.75 to $28.28 per hour; compensation depends on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Candidates must pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery as needed.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment, ensuring client goals are met with minimal oversight.
• Assess product issues and collaborate with ATPs to find solutions.
• Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and in safe working order.
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Follow standard safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend required company training and development sessions.
• Work with ATPs and customers to ensure equipment solutions align with client needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service, address concerns, and support customer satisfaction.
• Quickly address customer concerns during deliveries or fittings and seek ATP guidance as needed.
• Apply Numotion Leadership Principles and maintain integrity, compliance, and company values.
• Maintain confidentiality in employee and customer matters and comply with applicable federal and organizational policies and regulations.
