About The Position

The WGACA Handbag Specialist delivers an elevated customer experience as a subject matter expert on What Goes Around Comes Around merchandise, while maintaining presentations aligned with brand standards. The role drives sales and store key metric performance by building relationships, clienteling, making product recommendations, and selling pre-owned luxury and vintage apparel. This is an hourly position with commission eligibility. The specialist provides personalized service, develops product knowledge, uses selling tools and digital devices to support omnichannel shopping, and maintains attractive, clean, and accurately signed selling areas. Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives by accurately and efficiently executing omnichannel and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety and security protocols.
