About The Position

The WGACA Handbag Specialist delivers an elevated customer experience as a subject matter expert on What Goes Around Comes Around merchandise and maintains presentations aligned with brand standards. This hourly role drives sales and store key metric performance through excellent service, relationship-building, clienteling, product recommendations, and an elevated selling experience for pre-owned luxury and vintage apparel. The position is eligible for commission.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Create memorable store experiences by building genuine relationships with team members, vendors, customers, and the community.
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Build customer loyalty through high-quality service and tailored product recommendations.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience and communicate available inventory, assortment, and product features and benefits.
Use brand guides and training materials to build product knowledge, apply advanced selling techniques, make styling suggestions, and encourage repeat client interactions.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment, following visual merchandising directives and brand standards.
Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and contribute to brand, department, and store success.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store fulfillment and asset protection by executing omni and operations processes accurately and efficiently, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety and security protocols.
