About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is a retail provider of alternative health and wellness services. Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. They assist clients with services, bookings, and onboarding; explain Restore’s offerings; and help maintain a safe, clean environment. The role also contributes to an engaging store culture and represents Restore’s mission and values.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Holding or working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients by phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate bookings, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand in alignment with Restore’s core values, mission, vision, and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
• Help create a fun and engaging store culture where team members are involved, valued, and recognized.
