About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is a retail provider of alternative health and wellness services, aiming to make Hyper Wellness widely accessible, affordable, and fun. Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. They assist clients with services, bookings, onboarding, and education, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to an engaging store culture.

Requirements

Passion for health and wellness.
At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
Willingness to work weekends.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
Help clients over the phone, return voicemails, and facilitate bookings, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system.
Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees.
Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
Represent the brand in alignment with Restore Hyper Wellness’s core values, mission, vision, and Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
Create a fun and engaging store culture where team members are involved, valued, and recognized for their contributions.
