Financial Wellness Representative
About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Financial Wellness Representative to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. The representative helps clients understand insurance options, answers questions, and guides them through a needs-based process with professionalism and care. The opportunity is designed for candidates interested in a client-facing career with training, mentorship, and advancement potential. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the representative must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
