About The Position

Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a Financial Wellness Rep for its Billerica Branch as part of its Branch Network. The role focuses on providing high-quality, consistent service to members while supporting branch operations and sales goals. The representative completes the credit union’s Financial Wellness certification program and applies that certification in the role. The position is full-time and permanent, with incentive or bonus compensation, and offers opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

At least one year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
High school degree or equivalent.
Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and become a trusted team member.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to provide a high level of service.
Significant trust, credibility, and diplomacy in sensitive or confidential communications.
Ability to bend, sit, and stand, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to climb or descend stairs in an emergency.
Ability to operate routine office equipment and routinely work at a computer for an average of 6–8 hours per day when necessary.
Ability to work extended hours or travel off site when required or requested by management.
Regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

Participate in and complete the credit union’s Financial Wellness certification program, and maintain and apply the certification.
Deliver high-quality, consistent member service.
Conduct personal operations, including assigned cash-drawer duties and member-document processing, in accordance with operational compliance standards.
Achieve personal sales goals, including referring members to certified coaches for Financial Wellness Coaching.
Understand and support in-branch service functions, including account opening, loan application processing, and transaction processing.
Help ensure branch compliance with Credit Union service levels.
Participate in business development events at the Manager’s request.
Seek to obtain or advance Loan Officer status.
Perform other duties as assigned.
