About The Position

Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a Financial Wellness Rep for its Branch Network at the MITRE Corporation location. The role focuses on providing high-quality member service, completing the credit union’s Financial Wellness certification program, and handling branch operations in accordance with compliance standards. The representative is responsible for personal sales goals, including referring members to certified Financial Wellness Coaches, and is expected to understand in-branch services such as account opening, loan application processing, and transaction processing. The position is full-time and permanent, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $24.65 to $30.82 per hour, determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The role includes an incentive or bonus program and benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), student loan paydown, and paid sick and vacation time. Requirements

At least one year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
A high school degree or equivalent.
Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and become a trusted team member.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Ability to provide a high level of service.
A significant level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy, including the ability to handle sensitive or highly confidential discussions.
Ability to bend, sit, and stand; occasionally lift up to 10 pounds; and climb or descend stairs in an emergency.
Ability to operate routine office equipment and perform computer work for an average of 6–8 hours per day when necessary.
Ability to work extended hours or travel off site when required or requested by management.
Regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

Participate in and complete the credit union’s Financial Wellness certification program, and achieve, maintain, and apply the certification.
Deliver high-quality, consistent member service.
Conduct personal operations, including assigned cash drawer and member document processing, in alignment with operational compliance standards.
Meet personal sales goals, including referring members for Financial Wellness Coaching to certified coaches.
Maintain a full understanding of in-branch service functions, including account opening, loan application processing, and transaction processing.
Assist in ensuring in-branch compliance with Credit Union service levels.
Participate in business development events at the Manager’s request.
Seek to obtain or advance Loan Officer status.
Perform other duties as assigned.
