About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated, and energetic Wellness Representative to be the first person clients meet at its wellness studios. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, educating clients about wellness modalities and products, and helping clients choose services that support their goals in sports performance, pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. The position is offered at locations in Newton, Dedham, and Hingham, with hourly earnings plus sales-based commissions. The posting seeks full-time and part-time candidates, including those available on weekends.

Requirements

A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.
At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
Availability to work weekends.
Excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the POS system.
Check clients in and process customer sessions through the POS system.
Greet customers and guide them to their chosen service.
Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Maintain current knowledge of the products and modalities offered to clients.
Educate clients about Restore modalities.
Maintain store cleanliness and laundry upkeep.
Assist with customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.
