About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated, and wellness-focused Wellness Representative to be the first person clients meet at its studios in Newton, Dedham, and Hingham. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, educating clients about wellness modalities, supporting their wellness goals, and selling services, packages, and memberships. Representatives also assist with day-to-day studio operations. The posting describes full-time and part-time opportunities, including weekend availability. Compensation includes hourly earnings plus commissions based on sales.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
Availability to work weekends.
Excellent communication skills.
Sales skills.
A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the POS system.
Check clients in and process session transactions in the POS system.
Greet customers and escort them to their chosen service.
Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Maintain current knowledge of products and wellness modalities offered to clients.
Educate clients about Restore modalities.
Help maintain store cleanliness and laundry.
Assist with customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts when not serving clients.
