About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated Wellness Representative to be the first point of contact for clients at its Newton, Dedham, and Hingham locations. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, educating clients about wellness modalities, and supporting their goals in areas such as sports performance, pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. Representatives also help with sales and daily studio operations. The posting invites candidates for full-time and part-time work and notes that weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales skills.
• A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
• Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the POS system.
• Check clients in and process their sessions through the POS system.
• Greet customers and direct them to their selected services.
• Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
• Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Maintain current knowledge of the products and modalities offered to help clients achieve their goals.
• Educate clients about Restore modalities.
• Support other store operations, including cleanliness, laundry, customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.
