Wellness Representative FULL TIME
About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated Wellness Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients at its Newton, Dedham, and Hingham locations. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, educating clients about wellness modalities, and helping them select services that support their wellness goals. The company describes its studios as efficient, fun, caring, and social, and its approach as offering cutting-edge services intended to support clients’ sports performance, pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. The representative handles client communications and appointments, onboarding and point-of-sale tasks, service tours, sales of packages and memberships, and administration of non-medical and non-specialty services. When not working directly with clients, the representative helps with store operations, cleanliness, laundry, client outreach, community outreach, events, and social media. The posting offers full-time and part-time opportunities and states that weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client.
- Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the point-of-sale system.
- Check clients in and process customer sessions using the point-of-sale system.
- Greet customers and usher them to their chosen service.
- Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
- Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
- Execute opening and closing duties.
- Maintain current knowledge of the modalities and products offered to support clients’ goals.
- Educate clients about Restore modalities.
- Assist with store cleanliness and laundry upkeep.
- Assist with customer lead outreach and community outreach.
- Assist in creating store events and supporting social media efforts.
