Wellness Representative FULL TIME
About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated Wellness Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients at its Newton, Dedham, and Hingham locations. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, educating clients about wellness services, and helping them select services, packages, and memberships. The company provides training and describes its studios as efficient, fun, caring, and social environments. The Wellness Representative also supports day-to-day studio operations, including appointment management, client onboarding, point-of-sale transactions, opening and closing duties, cleanliness, laundry, outreach, events, and social media. Compensation includes hourly earnings and sales-based commissions. The posting welcomes full-time and part-time candidates and notes that weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
- Answer the phone and return voicemails.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the point-of-sale system.
- Check clients in and process their sessions through the point-of-sale system.
- Greet customers and guide them to their selected services.
- Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
- Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Maintain current knowledge of the modalities and products offered to support clients’ goals.
- Educate clients about Restore modalities.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and laundry when not working with clients.
- Assist with customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.
