About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, motivated Wellness Representative to welcome clients and deliver excellent customer service at its Newton, Dedham, and Hingham locations. The role supports clients pursuing goals in sports performance, pain management, recovery, beauty, and overall wellness. Representatives educate clients about Restore’s wellness modalities and products, provide eligible services, and contribute to studio operations. Compensation includes hourly earnings plus commissions based on sales. Full-time and part-time candidates are sought, including availability for weekends.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales skills.
• A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
• Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in the POS system.
• Check in clients and check out customer sessions using the POS system.
• Greet customers and guide them to their selected services.
• Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
• Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and modalities offered to clients.
• Educate clients about Restore modalities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and laundry upkeep.
• Assist with customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.
