PRN Wellness Nurse LVN or LPN
About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a PRN Wellness Nurse (LVN or LPN) to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The nurse monitors resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations. Requirements
- LPN or LVN license, as required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a physical, social, and psychological environment that is in residents’ best interest.
- Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
