About The Position

Elements Massage Clayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and sales-driven Wellness Membership Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping clients prioritize their wellness through massage and skincare services. This is not a typical front desk position, but rather one for someone confident in sales, comfortable having conversations with clients, and motivated to help grow the business while being part of a positive, team-focused environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and promotions
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with the ability to multitask
Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, problem-solving, and client concerns
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Passion for helping people
Available to work 20–30 hours per week, with availability for evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

Previous sales, membership, scheduling, or hospitality experience preferred
Spa or wellness industry experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client
Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries over the phone and in person
Promote and sell memberships and retail products to help clients enhance their wellness journey
Meet membership and sales goals
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are not just met but exceeded
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
Support the overall success of the studio and team
