Front Desk Coordinator - Front Desk Sales & Clinic Operations

The Joint Chiropractic•Enfield, CT
•$20 - $25•Onsite

About The Position

Anchor Health LLC is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Wellness Coordinator for its patient-focused chiropractic wellness clinic in Enfield, Connecticut. The role primarily serves one clinic, with occasional support at other locations in the company’s Connecticut and Rhode Island network with reasonable advance notice. A flat travel allowance is provided for eligible cross-clinic assignments. This is a sales position with front-desk responsibilities, rather than a traditional receptionist role. The Wellness Coordinator independently manages the front desk and guides patients toward membership by presenting services, pricing, and care options, addressing objections, asking for enrollment and payment, and confidently closing sales. The position requires an outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator who can engage patients in person, by phone, and on camera. The role is offered as full-time or part-time, 24–40 hours per week, and requires availability every Saturday. Clinic hours are 10 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on Saturdays. The anticipated start is mid-to-late November. Pay is $21–$24 per hour based on experience. Full-time benefits include a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), paid holidays, and paid time off. Employees are eligible for a 90-day performance review and future merit-based increases; reviews do not guarantee an increase.

  • Comfort asking for commitment, discussing payment, and responding to sales objections.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
  • Strong computer, organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfort working independently and learning multiple systems quickly.
  • Maintain a polished, professional business-casual appearance during every shift and clinic event.
  • Reliable, punctual, coachable, and accountable.
  • Available to work every Saturday.
