About The Position
Paul Mitchell The School Michigan is seeking a Clinic Classroom Coordinator to support its clinic classroom and create an extraordinary experience for Future Professionals. The role assists with product dispensing, maintains product inventory and ordering, and follows sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The coordinator also mentors Future Professionals in guest service and follows service desk systems to support smooth guest-service flow in the clinic classroom. The position calls for a professional with sales and service experience, basic guest-service communication skills, strong organization and prioritization abilities, and the ability to complete tasks independently while working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals and can inspire and inspect.
Requirements
- Experience in guest service.
- Previous successful sales experience, including beauty product sales.
- Experience with customer service resolution.
- Positive and effective communication skills.
- Organization and coaching skills.
- Teamwork and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently while working as a team player.
- Skills in return on investment.
- Solid work history with verifiable references.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- Honesty and professionalism.
- Previous cash management and cash drawer balancing experience.
