Weekend Shift Tire Loader/Unloader (Blakeslee,PA)
About The Position
This role involves loading and unloading tires from trailers. Pay is production-based, with earnings averaging $500-$850 per week. The harder and faster you work, the more you can earn. Specific guidelines are provided for both unloading (stack stability, slip sheets, label alignment) and loading (quality, ensuring all products fit, preventing safety hazards). Unloading is paid per trailer, with the payout determined by weight. Loading is paid by the weight loaded, calculated by LPNs. The current average for loading is $120-$250+ per day, depending on the associate's pace and work completed.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to lift and carry 5-90LBS.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading tires out of trailers.
- Ensuring stacks are stable and centered with slip sheets.
- Aligning labels for proper stacking.
- Loading tires correctly to ensure all products fit on the trailer and prevent safety hazards.
- Loading by the amount of weight loaded, calculated by LPNs.
