This is a 1st Shift Tire Loader/Unloader position. The pay is production-based, with an average weekly earning of $500-$850. The more effort and speed applied, the higher the earnings. The role involves both unloading and loading tires. For unloading, stacks must be centered on the rack with one SKU per rack, stable, and include a slip sheet. Labels should be aligned, creating a visually organized stack. For loading, the primary focus is quality to ensure all products fit on the trailer and to prevent safety hazards during unloading. The pay structure is per trailer unloaded, with no limit, and typically 3-4 trailers per person. Trailer payout is based on weight. Loading is paid by weight, calculated using LPNs to determine the exact weight and quantity of each pallet or rack loaded. The current average daily earning is $120-$250+, depending on the associate's pace and work completed during their shift.
