This position involves loading and unloading tires. The pay is production-based, with an average weekly earning of $500-$850. The harder and faster you work, the more money you will make. For unloading, the foundation of a stack must be centered on the rack with one SKU per rack. Stacks must be stable, have a slip sheet in the middle, and labels must be aligned, creating a perfect imaginary line. For loading, the most important element is quality to ensure all products fit on the trailer and to prevent safety hazards for employees unloading the trailer. The pay structure is per trailer unloaded with no limit, typically 3-4 trailers per person. A trailer's payout is determined by its weight. Loading is paid by the amount of weight loaded, calculated by LPNs collected by the associate, which provides the exact weight and quantity of each pallet or rack loaded. The current average is $120-$250+/day, determined by the associate's pace and work completed during their shift.
