Weekend Night Shift Tire Loader/Unloader (Blakeslee, PA)
About The Position
This role involves loading and unloading tires from trailers. The pay is production-based, with the potential to earn $500-$850 per week, depending on the speed and efficiency of the worker. Unloading requires specific stacking techniques for stability and organization, ensuring one SKU per rack and using slip sheets. Loading emphasizes quality to ensure all products fit on the trailer and to prevent safety hazards. Payment for unloading is based on trailer weight, and for loading, it's based on the weight of loaded pallets/racks, calculated using LPNs. The average daily earning is $120-$250+.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to lift and carry 5-90 LBS.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
- Loading tires out of trailers.
- Unloading tires out of trailers.
- Stacking tires stably with slip sheets and aligned labels.
- Ensuring loading quality to fit all products on the trailer and prevent safety hazards.
- Collecting LPNs to determine the exact weight and quantity of loaded pallets or racks.
