About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and self-responsible individual to join our team as a Weekend 2nd Shift Dock Support in Blakeslee, PA. This role involves operating a forklift or electric pallet jack to distribute loading racks to loaders within the warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area and staging equipment properly at the end of your shift. Key responsibilities include down-stacking racks for lumpers, up-stacking empty racks, transporting racks between docks, setting up racks as requested, and ensuring all equipment is powered down when not in use. This is a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Must have reliable and constant transportation
- Self-responsibility
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
- Forklift experience
- Pallet jack experience
- Forklift Experience Required.
- Electric Pallet Jack Required.

Responsibilities
- Using a forklift or electric pallet jack to distribute loading racks to loaders around the warehouse.
- Provide down-stacking of racks for lumpers that aren’t using MHE equipment.
- Up-stack empty racks from the Outbound Dock to clear the dock.
- Run all the empty racks to the Inbound Dock.
- Run empty racks to each door to be worked.
- Up-stack completed racks, ensuring only the same SKUs are stacked together.
- Set up MT racks as needed, per supervisor request.
- Pick up any trash/debris found in FB work areas.
- Stage empty racks/pallets in correct staging locations to keep the dock clear.
- Return all equipment to its correct location.
- Ensure that all equipment not in use is powered down.
