About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Dock Support team member to join our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. The primary responsibilities involve operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks to manage loading racks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and staging equipment appropriately. You will support both outbound and inbound operations by distributing and stacking racks, clearing docks, and ensuring all equipment is properly handled and powered down at the end of the shift. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Must have reliable and constant transportation.
- Self-responsibility.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Forklift experience.
- Pallet jack experience.
- Forklift Experience Required.
- Electric Pallet Jack Required.

Responsibilities
- Use a forklift or electric pallet jack to distribute loading racks to loaders around the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Stage equipment in designated areas at the end of the shift.
- Provide down-stacking of racks for lumpers not using MHE equipment.
- Up-stack empty racks from the Outbound Dock to clear the dock.
- Run all empty racks to the Inbound Dock.
- Run empty racks to each door to be worked.
- Up-stack completed racks, ensuring same SKUs are stacked together.
- Set up MT racks as needed, per supervisor request.
- Pick up any trash/debris found in FB work areas.
- Stage empty racks/pallets in correct staging locations to keep the dock clear.
- Return all equipment to its correct location.
- Ensure all equipment not in use is powered down.
