About The Position

As a Resident Concierge, you are the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership and pride in creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. The role calls for personalizing interactions, learning customers’ names and preferences, and helping them feel at home. The Weekend Overnight Concierge provides timely assistance, helps foster a sense of community, supports the community’s brand and resident experience, and keeps front desk operations organized. The position includes weekend or evening work depending on the shift and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
