About The Position

Planned Companies’ Planned Lifestyle Services is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Weekend Concierge to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and help provide a positive experience at the property. The role includes providing individualized assistance based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations, as well as supporting the building’s front desk and lobby operations.

The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position is located in Jersey City, New Jersey, and pays $18.25.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals, and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
