The Weekend Daytime Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents arriving home. The role focuses on creating stellar first impressions, building positive relationships, and personalizing customer interactions. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
